1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Arc Raiders Clan Management. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
- You may register using an email address and password, or through Discord OAuth
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must choose a unique nickname that complies with our content policies
2.2 Account Security
We implement security measures including:
- Account lockout after 5 failed login attempts
- Rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks
- Secure password requirements (8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, digit, and special character)
2.3 One Account Per User
Each user may only create and maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
3.1 Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Respect other users and maintain a positive community
- Provide accurate information when creating clans or managing DKP
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Harass or abuse other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Hack or gain unauthorized access
- Use bots or automated tools
- Manipulate DKP through dishonest means
- Share account credentials with others
3.3 Content Restrictions
User content must NOT contain:
- Hate speech, racist, sexist, or discriminatory language
- Profanity, vulgar, or offensive language
- Personal information of others (doxxing)
- Sexually explicit content
- References to illegal activities
- Malicious code or scripts (XSS, SQL injection)
4. Clan Management
4.1 Clan Creation
- Each user may lead ONE clan only
- Clan names and tags must be unique
- Clan tags: 2-6 uppercase letters/numbers
- Clan names: 1-100 characters with safe characters
4.2 Clan Membership
- Maximum 64 members per clan
- Leaders cannot leave without transferring leadership
- Members may leave at any time (except leaders)
4.3 Clan Roles
- Leader - Full control, manage members, DKP, raids
- Officer - Manage DKP, schedule raids
- Member - Participate in raids, earn/spend DKP
5. DKP (Dragon Kill Points) System
5.1 DKP Rules
- DKP tracks member contributions and raid participation
- Leaders and officers may award DKP or penalties
- Amounts: 1-10,000 points per transaction
- DKP cannot be negative (minimum 0)
- All transactions must include a reason
5.2 DKP Integrity
5.3 No Real Money Value
- DKP has NO real-world monetary value
- Cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for real currency
- For game-related clan management only
6. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, DKP, or clan status.
User Disputes
We are not responsible for disputes between users or within clans. Clan leaders manage their own clan disputes.
7. Account Termination
7.1 Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time by contacting an administrator. Deletion is permanent.
7.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- At our discretion with or without notice
8. Privacy and Data
Information We Collect
- Email address (authentication)
- Nickname (public display)
- Discord info (if using Discord login)
- IP address (security and rate limiting)
- Clan membership and DKP data
Data Security
We implement:
- Password hashing with industry standards
- HTTPS encryption
- Rate limiting and lockout protection
- Security headers for web vulnerabilities
9. Arc Raiders Disclaimer
Important: This service is a fan-made community tool and is NOT officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Embark Studios AB or the Arc Raiders game. "Arc Raiders" and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
